The ingredients needed to prepare Chilly Paneer !!:

  1. Use 500 grams of Paneer.
  2. Get 3 tbspn of corn flour.
  3. Prepare 1 tbspn of maida.
  4. Use to taste of Salt.
  5. Prepare 1/2 of tspn pepper powder.
  6. Get of Oil for deep frying.
  7. Take of For the sauce :-.
  8. Take 2 of Capsicum cut into cubes.
  9. You need 2 of Big Onion cut into cubes.
  10. Prepare 1 of small onion finely chopped.
  11. You need of 1/2 cup spring onion greens.
  12. Use 3-4 of green chillies chopped.
  13. Provide of 1 inch piece ginger finely chopped.
  14. Provide 6-7 of garlic cloves chopped fine.
  15. Use 1/2 of tspn pepper powder.
  16. Provide of 1 packet Ching’s Chilly Paneer masala.
  17. Take 1 tbspn of green chilly sauce.
  18. Take 1 tbspn of red chilly sauce.
  19. You need 1 tbspn of soya sauce.
  20. Take 2 tbspn of tomato sauce.
  21. You need 1 of tspn Vinegar.
  22. Provide 1 of tspn corn flour slurry.
  23. Get 2 tbspn of Oil.
  24. Take to taste of Salt.

Instructions to make Chilly Paneer !!:

  1. Take the paneer and cut into cubes. Put salt and black pepper powder and mix everything well..
  2. Then sprinkle maida & corn flour over the paneer cubes and toss it carefully. Keep the other ingredients ready..
  3. Then keep oil for heating and when hot add in the paneer cubes and fry them till nice and crisp golden brown colour from both the sides. Remove it on an absorbent paper. Turn off the heat..
  4. Now take another pan or Kadhai and put oil. When hot add in the chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, onion and little spring onion greens..
  5. Then add in the sauces, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt and fry for a minute. Then add the chopped cubes of onion and capsicum. Fry on high heat. It should be crisp so do not over cook them.Add the corn flour slurry and cook for a minute till the sauce gets thick..
  6. Now add the Ching’s chilly paneer masala powder and the fried paneer and mix everything well so that the sauces are coated on the paneer. Check the seasoning and add if required..
  7. Lastly garnish with some spring onion greens. And serve immediately..
